I Am Glad!
Psalm 16:9 -11 (NIV)
Therefore, my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;
my body also will rest secure,
because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead,
nor will you let your faithful one see decay.
You make known to me the path of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence,
with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Lord,
Today, my heart is full of gladness, and I can’t help but rejoice.
You give me peace that lets my body rest secure, knowing that you will never abandon me.
Even when life feels uncertain, you remind me that death and decay are not my end; your path of life is my portion.
In your presence, I find joy that nothing else can give; tasting eternal pleasures
that outlast every worry, every fear, every burden.
Thank You for being my refuge, my guide, and my source of lasting joy.
I live today with confidence in your promises.
