Here’s your prayer for Today.
Our Gracious God in Heaven,
We are honoured to be alive today. Thank you, the giver of life, for this privilege. And for the wondrous work you did by dying and rising again, we are forever grateful to you, Lord Jesus. You live and will live forevermore holding the keys of hell and death. Today, we pray in the name of Jesus, binding any case of death at our doorsteps or that of our families. You have prevailed upon it, and so we have also prevailed. We come from a point of victory, claiming life over us in Jesus’ name. We break free from any shackles of sin, ailments and destruction. We have life, we are full of life, and Jesus rules over death. Thank you, Lord, for the life you give. In your name we pray, Amen.
